Aaron Gumbinger was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1989 and is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Aaron has the knowledge, skill and experience from over two decades as an attorney specializing in corporate and business law matters.  Aaron always strives to provide strong writing, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, competent and efficient legal services, and to maintain long-term relationships with clients.

The primary focus of Aaron’s practice is on providing clients with a full range of diverse corporate and business-related transactional services from start-ups to long-term established businesses. Aaron advises clients on entity formation, organization, structuring, ongoing business needs, objectives, legal risk and satisfying business and statutory related requirements.

As part of his practice, Aaron also prepares and drafts and/or files entity formation related documents, maintains entity records and compliance requirements, and generally reviews, drafts, negotiates and assists with the preparation of various corporate and business-related documents to properly form, maintain and meet the needs of an ongoing business.

Aaron also provides corporate related services in connection with loans and refinancings, business and property acquisitions and/or sales on behalf of clients as well as for clients with long-term established businesses and start-ups and clients looking for real estate asset protection in connection with estate planning.
